Successful Event Highlight: Inauguration of IIM Pune Chapter Affiliated Student Chapter at Yashoda Technical Campus, Satara!

The IIM Pune Chapter is proud to announce the successful inauguration of its Affiliated Student Chapter at Yashoda Technical Campus, Satara!

To celebrate this landmark achievement, the Department of Mechanical Engineering organized an insightful expert session titled "Emerging Material Technologies for Defence Applications" on October 24, 2026.

The session featured Dr. Praveen Kumar B, Scientist “G” at ARDE–DRDO, Pune, and Chairman of the IIM Pune Chapter. He delivered a keynote address sharing valuable insights into cutting-edge advancements in material technologies and their crucial role in strengthening national defence applications.
